We avoid basic PowerPoint-based chart exercises. At our training center, you will learn to connect diverse data files (including Excel spreadsheets, SQL relational databases, and web sheets) and blend them into unified data tables. You will learn to design precise geographic heatmaps, bullet charts, and trend projections with simple drag-and-drop configurations.
A core highlight of our curriculum is the deep focus on data calculations and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions. You will learn to write complex formulas, set up dynamic parameters, configure filter actions, and create dashboard tooltips. Finally, you will learn to combine multiple sheets into unified, interactive dashboards and publish them to Tableau Server.
The syllabus is divided into 8 modules — Introduction to Tableau, Connecting to Data Sources, Data Preparation & Cleaning, Building Data Visualizations, Dashboard & Storytelling, Advanced Analytics & Calculations, Publishing & Sharing Reports and Hands-on Project. By the end of the course you will be confident with skills such as Data blending queries, Drill-down interactive maps, LOD Expression formulas and MNC Tableau Server publishing.
