1.Request deletion

Fill this form to delete your SkilMex account or the data we hold about you. You do not need to sign in.

What should we delete?
Deleting your account removes your course access, progress and certificates for good. Purchases are not refunded.

2.What happens next

    You get a reference code (and an email if you gave one).

    We confirm it is you
    We may call or message the registered number / email to protect your account.
  3. Step 3
    Deleted in 30 days
    Your data is deleted or anonymised and we tell you when it is done.

3.What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your profile (name, mobile, email, photo), sign-in details, course progress, quiz and exam answers, AI speaking recordings, certificates issued to you, WhatsApp / SMS / email chat history with us, and your contact details from our marketing lists.

Kept only where the law requires: payment and tax invoice records (kept for the period required by Indian tax law, then deleted) and records needed to settle a dispute or prevent fraud. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

If you study at an institute that uses SkilMex, your admission, fee and attendance records belong to that institute. We pass your request to the institute; it may have to keep some records by law.

4.WhatsApp chats and messages

  • To stop promotional WhatsApp messages at once, reply STOP in the chat. Reply START to receive them again.
  • To delete your chat history and number from our system, choose "Only my WhatsApp chats" in the form above.
  • Messages already delivered to your phone stay in your WhatsApp app; you can delete them there yourself.

5.If you connected with Facebook

Businesses that connected their WhatsApp Business Account to SkilMex with Facebook Login can remove our access at any time:

  • Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps) and remove SkilMex.
  • Then submit the form above (choose "My account and all data") so we also delete the saved token, numbers, templates and chats.

6.Deleting from the mobile app

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use the form on this page (it works for both the website and the SkilMex app). After deletion you can sign up again with the same number, but old progress and certificates cannot be restored.

7.Check your request status
